That is overvaluing. According to the Draft Value Chart #6+#18+a mid third = #2

A late first/early 2nd or a nice young player.

If no one trades for the pick, I do have a player in mind who I am almost positive will not go #1, so it's not like I really need to dump the pick off.

Thats not official, and if it is than great, if Payne is an 83/24 next year im sure progression will be very good to him.
