Is that how you define a project at quarterback? Very few quarterbacks are successful in their first two years anyway.

Didnt see hed be succesful, I said itd be 2 years before he was even capable of starting, doesnt mean hed be a good starter.

He's capable of starting right now... he probably wouldn't do very great, starting off in December and all, but he could do it.

Ok sox you know what I mean, EVERY QB is capable of starting, all they need to do is throw, hes not capable of being a GOOD starter. Watch some of his game film, he was a terrible QB when he played in the preseason, TERRIBLE.

Cassel sucked too. He couldn't even hit his short routes. What's your point?

I don't know he will be great, but I'm pretty sure he could do just a good a job as Cassel has done.

Anderson threw 19 interceptions in 15 games, and had a completion % well below 60% - one of the worst in the league, as a matter of fact.

Cassel has thrown only 11 interceptions in 14 games, only about 6 of which have been his fault.
He's got a completion percentage of 63.8%, which is top-10 in the NFL.

Anderson started out well in 2007, but got progressively worse as the year went by.
Cassel has been the opposite. He started out mediocre but has [with the exception of the Pittsburgh game] been getting better and better as the season has progressed.

But most importantly, Anderson returned to the same team and played terribly.
Cassel will not be back with the Patriots next year.

I didn't even see that post... wow. The only way they could be compared is if Cassel has a down year next year. But he is a totally different quarterback than DA.
