| I think that randall gay would make the trade closer than davis would. Davis is rated better than ayers, and mcfadden is rated better than rice. I feel that Mcfadden has a lot more potential than rice, thus more valuable. He was a top pick, just last season. | |

| davis is rated higher but ayers was drafted 7 picks before davis. And 6 of those 7 teams inbetween also needed a CB but passed on vontae.
Rices first game this year was better than McFaddens, I dont disagree that McFadden is more valuable though, id say hes still worth at least a mid 1st. But thats why I was giving you the ayers/davis swap.
If you want Ayers AND Rice, I would definately need late first - early second round value coming back my way, otherwise this trades too off for me to do and we'd have to try working something else out because I feel you arent valuing Ayers like the first round pick he was.

| I replied and it didnt post, great
anyway, what I said was I dont really need a CB, Im just looking for guys I can use as trade bait, and I dont think theres going to be much of a draw to gay or carr lol. So id like to be getting someone who has some trade value.

Well I could probably do something like Vontae Davis, Shane Olivea, Randall Gay and McFadden for Ayers, Rice and Jared Gaither. Anyway we can make this happen?

| I dont really have a whole lot of interest in Coffee right now. I have good enough half backs right now. Any way we can get the other deal done? | |

| I overpaid for Gaither because I feel hes a top 5 OT in the NFL right now so its really hard to let him go. Ill think over the deal but in the meantime is there anyone else you like? | |

| Your team is pretty depleted... i dont think there is too much interest in anyone else. I could maybe throw Bo scaife into the trade, he is a solid tight end | |

| once again the problem is the market for them, I have no interest in gay because while he'd be an upgrade for me I doubt theres going to be anyone with interest in him. And scaife may draw some attention but I cant get too much for only an average TE | |

| Well I just cant see myself including Maybin in that deal...he was the 11th overall pick in the draft. I know that the overall ratings are kinda close but i definitely feel like Maybin, davis, and Mcfadden is a little much to give up for ayers, gaither, and ray rice. You just recently traded a second round pick for rice and tom Z. So you basically got rice for a second and a 5th. You said yourself that Mcfadden is a mid-first rounder. Davis was a late first rounder. and Maybin was one pick away from being in the top ten. I have very little interest right now in Glenn Coffee, although I think he was a steal where the 49ers drafted him. Its just I already have James harrison and Stewart in my backfield. What if I threw in Dallas Clark instead of Scaife and you threw in rich seubert? I can still include gay in the deal, who no matter what way you cut it, would be a solid nickel option even after you draft eric berry and some other sweet corner with 2 of your 18 first round picks | |

I dont see how thats far off. If Dallas Clark played a more semi-important position like DE I wouldnt mind that, but hes a TE and they dont hold as much value as OGs (Im not saying zomg OGs are uber important, but id go for a good OG before I go for a good TE and OGs draw more trading attention than TEs do). And I have 21 firsts not 18 The thing about this is next year im probably going to trade/cut my entire team so I can have a roster full of rookies, simply because that would be so epic.
