Say spam. You do two things... make an s sound (kinda like hissing) and then the pam with your mouth. You don't open and close your mouth twice.

hissing is the soft S, the gif. is a hard S

and even with a soft S you still are opening and closing your mouth twice
-soft S open mouth
-hard P close mouth
-soft A open mouth
-soft M close mouth

no you can tell the TA is edited out because the gif. ends with his mouth closed and the vid ends with his mouth open

If you watch it at :43, it clearly has "Spar" then "ta" after he closes his mouth, which in the gif it is cut to the kicking scene.
