According to the Broncos GM, Aaron Kampman and Adalius Thomas are better 3-4 OLBs than Lamarr Woodley. Funny because Kampman hasnt played a down their yet and Thomas has been less than spectacular since leaving the Ravens.

I think Kampman will most likely be at least as good as Woodley, Thomas is clearly not though. And I'm biased about Kampman (huge Packers fan).

Thomas is actually pretty underrated. He had 5 sacks in 9 games last year before he broke his arm, so that's slightly less than 10 in a full season. That's less than Woodley I know, but Thomas drops into coverage much more than Woodley has to. It's definitely close though.
