If you let a player go to FA, you can get a compensatory pick for him in this draft, which is different from the NFL (which is the year after). There are: 3 comp picks in the 3rd 4 comp picks in the 4th 5 comp picks in the 5th 6 comp picks in the 6th 7 comp picks in the 7th The team who loses the highest rated FA gets the first comp pick, etc. so the teams of the top 25 free agents will get comp picks.

No... I'm fixing the system a bit. I'm using the contract resigning system to determine values (minus years, of course), and then the highest rated players from that go first. That way, a 99/40 FB isn't better than a 98/20 QB (extreme example). _________________

How do you get those numbers to evaluate the free agents? Like how is Leonard Weaver better than Chris Chambers or Elvis Dumervil when they are both above 90?

It's based off of the resigning system minus the years multiplier; Also, Chambers is 86 and Dumervil is 85 in the updates, those are the ratings I used. _________________
